Luxira Cosmetics Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction
   Luxira (“the Company”) is an authorized reseller of branded cosmetics. By purchasing from Luxira, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy. This policy complies with Saudi Arabian E-Commerce Law and Consumer Protection Regulations.
2. Eligibility for Returns
   a. Unopened and Unused Products
   Customers may return unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
   Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
   Return shipping cost: Customers will bear 50% of the return shipping fee.
   b. Opened or Used Products
   Returns of opened or used cosmetics are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons, except if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
   c. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
   Customers must notify Luxira within 3 calendar days of delivery.
   Verification (e.g., photos) of the issue may be requested.
   After verification, Luxira will provide, at its discretion:
   Replacement of the same product,
   Exchange for a different product of equal value, or
   Refund to the original payment method.
   Customers are responsible for 50% of the return shipping fee, unless the defect or damage is caused by Luxira or shipping error.
3. Non-Returnable Items
   The following items are non-returnable:
   Opened or used products (unless defective/damaged).
   Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance or final sale products.
4. Refunds
   Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
   Refund amounts will be reduced by the 50% shipping fee where applicable.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
   Contact Luxira at support@luxira.sa with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting evidence.
   Obtain a Return Authorization from Luxira before shipping. Returns without prior authorization may be rejected.
   Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided by Luxira.
6. Limitation of Liability
   Luxira is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
   As a reseller, Luxira is not liable for manufacturer defects beyond what is provided in this policy.
   Customers acknowledge that cosmetic products may react differently depending on individual skin types and sensitivities.
7. Governing Law
   This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
   Any disputes arising from this policy or purchases from Luxira shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Saudi courts.
8. Policy Updates
   Luxira reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will apply to all purchases made after the effective date.
